To wrap up the Company Program, you are required to have an offsite board meeting. At this meeting each VP needs to summarize what they have done throughout the program and also go through goals and numbers in each position. Some ways to do this is to go through your business plan and compare what you wrote to what you accomplished. You can go through each Executive Summary in your IT system as well.
Some time during the meeting you can also give each achiever time to talk about their experience throughout the program. The board meeting should be held at one of the advisors companies. If that is not possible please let us know and we will try and book a room here, at the World Trade Centre, on the 6th floor.
Your offsite board meeting should be held one day between May 30th and June 5th. This gives each company the chance to hold their meeting on their night.
