				<title>Off-site Board Meeting</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;To wrap up the Company Program, you are required to have an offsite board meeting. At this meeting each VP needs to summarize what they have done throughout the program and also go through goals and numbers in each position. Some ways to do this is to go through your business plan and compare what you wrote to what you accomplished. You can go through each Executive Summary in your IT system as well. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Some time during the meeting you can also give each achiever time to talk about their experience throughout the program. The board meeting should be held at one of the advisors companies. If that is not possible please let us know and we will try and book a room here, at the World Trade Centre, on the 6th floor. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Your offsite board meeting should be held one day between May 30th and June 5th. This gives each company the chance to hold their meeting on their night. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Shareholders Report</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;Liquidating the company is a process that will take a couple of weeks. For that, you will have to write a Share Holders Report and complete some more steps. Please refer to the Criteria and Checklist posted on Resources.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;All these steps must be completed before May 26th, 2012. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once you have completed these steps, you'll have to plan for an off-site Board Meeting. Details to come.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Awards and Scholarships</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;The criteria for local awards and scholarships is now online. Applications are open. Please go to &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.jacompanyprogram.com/scholarships.htm"&gt;Scholarships&lt;/a&gt; on the main menu to download the criteria and access the online application form. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are awards and scholarships for non executives and executives. I encourage everyone to apply.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once we get the applications, advisors will have the chance to submit comments to support them. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Based on the application and feedback from advisors, as many students as possible will be selected for interviews with the JA Board of Directors as part of the selection process. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The recepients will be announced at the Company Program Awards event. Details to be announced. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Don't forget that we will also have a Wordpress Help Desk onsite all day in the main ballroom where you can drop in and get answers to all of your WP questions!&amp;#160; We will have power stations set up in the main ballroom that you can plug into and wifi will be available all day!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We will close with prizing around 4:30pm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please ensure you use the #imedia hashtag when referencing the event on twitter!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
